To get Wishing Edge, you’ll have to combine certain Command Skills such as Barrier Surge and Strike Raid in the Meld Menu, or just buy a copy of Wishing Edge from the Command Shop.
Wishing Edge is one of Aqua’s many exclusive Command Skills. It allows her to engage an enemy with a quick attack, dealing three strikes in one blow.

Obtaining Wishing Edge
Combining the following Command Skills in the Meld Menu will give you Wishing Edge as a result:

Only Aqua has access to Wishing Edge. You will not be able to meld or use this Command Skill in combat while playing as Terra or Ventus.
You can buy all of the materials required to meld Wishing Edge from the Command Shop.
For example, you can buy Barrier Surge for 500 Munny and Strike Raid for 100 Munny, which is the cheapest combination out of all three.
If you don’t want to spend time leveling up the materials before melding Wishing Edge, however, you can just buy its copy for 550 Munny once you’ve unlocked it in the Command Shop.
Best Abilities For Wishing Edge
The best ability you can get to increase Wishing Edge’s performance in combat is Attack Haste , which lowers the Reload Time of any Attack-type Command Skills.
You can get Attack Haste by farming and using Fleeting Crystals as your Synthesis material while melding certain Command Skills in the Meld Menu.
Using Wishing Edge In Combat
Wishing Edge allows Aqua to strike an enemy three times with one jumping attack, leaving them no time to react.
