To get Attack Haste, you’ll have to farm and use Fleeting Crystals as your Synthesis material when melding certain Command Skills in your Meld Menu.
Along with Magic Haste , Attack Haste is one of the best abilities you can get for all three main characters as they both reduce the Reload Time of your Command Skills.

You can obtain a copy of Attack Haste when melding certain Command Skills in the meld menu and using Fleeting Crystals in the ITEM (Synthesis material) slot.
You can gain several other abilities besides Attack Haste after using a Fleeting Crystal as your Synthesis material when melding, such as:

If you lack the Command Skills required as materials, you can just buy them from any Command Shop on the World Map.
Most materials you need are low-tier Attack-type Command Skills. They are quite cheap, so feel free to purchase as many of them as you need to get a full stack of Attack Haste.
Effects Of Attack Haste
Attack Haste decreases the Reload Time of all your Attack-type Command Skills. You can stack multiple copies of it up to five times to achieve its full effect.
Completing a full stack of five Attack Haste copies will allow you to spam your Attack-type Command Skills faster, which helps your characters a lot while farming mobs or fighting bosses.
Attack Haste is essential if you want to use Command Skills that have long Reload Times, such as Salvation or Ars Arcanum
