Where to find All the Quest Aids in Super Mario Rpg
- Mushroom Kingdom Quest Aid
- Rose Town Quest Aid (House with Treasure chests)
- Rose Town Quest Aid (During Bowyer Arrow Attack)
You can find the Quest aids behind specific houses in Mushroom Kingdom and Rose Town.
Quest aids are NPC’s that are mainly hidden behind houses. If you manage to speak with them, they offer suggestions to specific locations or items that you might have overlooked in the game.
There are 3 Quest Aids throughout the game. 2 of those will be available up until you return to Bowser’s Keep while 1 will only be available up until you defeat Bowyer at the Forest Maze.
Mushroom Kingdom Quest Aid
The first quest aid location is behind the House to your left opposite the Castle. Head over to the back of the building until he talks to you.
He gives advice depending on what new area you have unlocked in the game. In this screenshot above, we have just unlocked Star Hill. Visiting him from time to time as you unlock new areas will reveal new conversations and advice so it’s best to check on him from time to time.
Rose Town Quest Aid (House with Treasure Chests)
The Rose Town Quest Aid can be found behind the house on top of the hill. This is also the house where you can get Flower tabs inside the treasure chest in the ground floor and a frog coin while jumping on the bed in the 2nd floor.
This particular quest aid gives advice on secret areas you might have overlooked such as Y’oster Isle or Grate Guy’s Casino.
Rose Town Quest Aid (during Bowyer arrow attack)
The 3rd Quest Aid is also located in Rose Town. He will only be available when Rose Town is raining arrows when you first enter the area. He only gives 1 advice to you about the mushrooms in the Forest Maze.
After defeating Bowyer in the Forest Maze and saving the town, the Quest Aid won’t be available again. You will find him inside the house with his wife and won’t be giving any more advice afterwards.
It’s best to visit Quest Aids every time you discover a new location because they just might offer you some advice on any places or items that you might have overlooked in the game.
