The tower is located north of Seven Island. The key objective is to finish the eight trainer battles (one for each floor) as quickly as possible. Once done, the owner of the tower will meet you on the rooftop and will say you have beaten the time record for the Singles category. He will then grant your rare item reward, an Up-Grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Using the Up-Grade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Up-Grade is a hold item intended to be held by a Porygon.
